Purchase and payment: All Ateliê Starlight Pops are sold exclusively through the store's official website. For a consultation and quote on personalized pieces, contact us via WhatsApp or E-mail. All pieces are sold to order, with payment at the time of purchase. The order will only be confirmed after payment has been made through the website. The available payment methods are: pix, bank slip and credit card (installments in up to 12 installments with interest).
PAYMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE MADE EXCLUSIVELY BY PAYPAL.

Production and shipping deadline: All pieces are made entirely by hand, with the production period starting after confirmation and payment. The production process includes modeling the raw material used, varnishing, painting and drying. The pieces cannot be packed before they are completely dry, which could cause damage. The store's average production time is 60 business days for production + 20 business days for shipping (average time). The production time may be uneven, as the pieces are produced entirely manually, which may take longer, or may be advanced. If your order is delayed, please contact the store for more information. In any case, the customer will be notified by email.

Materials used: All Pops are modeled by hand, using cold porcelain as the base material. All parts are varnished to protect against light, dust and corrosive agents. When you receive your Pop Ateliê Starlight, you will receive an instruction leaflet on how to care for your piece, along with the one-year warranty that the store offers.
